Welcome to Fanhubble! This Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request deletion of their personal information and what happens once a request is submitted. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1.1. Platform Ownership:
Fanhubble is operated by Fanhubble LLC, located in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

1.2. Purpose of the Policy:
This policy outlines how users may request deletion of their account and personal data collected through Fanhubble.me and the Fanhubble mobile applications (available on App Store and Google Play).

2. Data Deletion Request Methods

2.1. In-App Deletion:
Users can permanently delete their account directly within the app by following these steps:

  • Open the Fanhubble app

  • Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account

  • Confirm your deletion request

Once confirmed, your account and related data will be permanently removed from our systems within 7 business days.

2.2. Email Request:
If you cannot access the app, you may submit a deletion request via email:

Please include:

  • The email address or phone number associated with your account

  • A short statement requesting full deletion of your data

3. Scope of Data Deletion

3.1. Deleted Information:
Upon confirmation, we will permanently delete:

  • Your account credentials (name, email, phone number, password)

  • All linked content, analytics, and order or store data associated with your account

  • Your communications and preferences stored on the platform

3.2. Retained Information:
Certain transactional or financial records may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal, regulatory, or accounting obligations. These records will remain secure and inaccessible for any commercial purpose.

4. Confirmation of Deletion

4.1. Notification:
Once your deletion request has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation indicating that your account and all associated personal data have been permanently removed.

4.2. Irreversibility:
Please note that data deletion is irreversible. Once completed, your account cannot be recovered.

5. Third-Party Integrations

5.1. Linked Services:
If your account is connected to third-party services (such as QPay, CallPro, or analytics providers), we will notify those partners to remove your linked data where applicable.

5.2. External Data Storage:
Fanhubble is not responsible for data independently stored by third parties after deletion is confirmed.
